It is very important for us that you are happy with your item, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unopened and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement.
Custom made items such as greeting in a frame ,special print and sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return or exchange please contact with your issue and than send back your item, please include your full name & email with a detailed request for a smooth process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
Products made to order can not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure delivery. We recommend contacting us prior to shipping the item back, so we can discuss the best way of returning the item from your country.
